Our team members have real life experience – often as payroll department leaders for companies with tens of thousands of employees. We evaluate candidates exhaustively and train our new hires for months before they work for our clients. We provide staff development to continually advance our skills.
More than one third of our team members are Certified Payroll Professionals (the highest certification offered by the American Payroll Association). New staff who do not already hold their certification achieve the Fundamentals of Payroll certification within the first year of employment with Mosaic and will achieve their CPP certification as their career progresses.
